Though the US Supreme Court is yet to pronounce what it thinks about Gay Marriage, but the the big ruling from a high court in Germany have came out. In case you were eyeing on this case, here is what the court says.
The nation’s Federal Constitutional Court decided the matter in a 6 \ 2 opinion which was released this week, which says that legally registered gay couples are entitled to certain tax benefits that other married heterosexual couples in Germany are enjoying. Thus, it's clear that gays have been given rights like heterosexual married couples, which will encourage gays to get legally registered. This is the second ruling this year, that is in the favor of gays, after the earlier decision which was involving the gays adoption rights.
