The project of the Paralegal Volunteers is aimed at imparting Legal Education to volunteers selected from certain target groups who in turn act as harbingers of the legal services and legal aid to all sections of people. The volunteers so trained are expected to act as intermediaries between common people and legal services institutions thereby removing barriers of access to Justice.
